Delivery
We are only available for delivery in Hong Kong.
SF delivery services are currently not available to addresses located in the following areas: (1) outlying islands, including AsiaWorld Expo, Disneyland, Lamma Island, Cheung Chau and Peng Chau (except Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Tung Chung and Airport), and (2) restricted districts and areas that vans cannot access.
SF delivery services shall cease during Typhoon Signal No.8 or above, or a Red or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted.
If Typhoon Signal No. 3 or below, Amber, Red or Black Rainstorm Warning is issued, SF service centers and SF stores will operate as usual. If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is issued, services of SF service centers and SF stores will be suspended immediately. You shall look out on the weather forecast and make proper arrangement.
Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, we will use reasonable effort to arrange to deliver the ordered merchandise to you within the next 3-5 working days if we receive your order on or before 10am of each working day. However, the time of delivery shall be subject to the approval SF.
Once the ordered merchandise has been delivered to your delivery address, they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for the loss or damage. The title to the ordered merchandise shall remain with us until you or the relevant financial institution has settled the price of the ordered merchandise.
Our company will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages arising in contract, tort or otherwise from the defective quality of the ordered merchandise or the mis-description of the ordered merchandise as set out in this website, exceeding of the retail price of the ordered merchandise.

Refunds, returns and exchanges
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way,
please email us within 7 days at equiry@buypetpet.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
We address these on a case--case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

the merchandise are unused and in the condition originally sold together with all parts and accessories which are provided with the merchandise including manuals, certificates, labels, tags, consumables, bags, and boxes, etc.
Supporting document (e.g. electronic receipt) to prove that merchandise(s) in problem is/ are purchased at our site;
Sending us the photos (Total 6 photos: include front, back, left, right, top and bottom) or movies of the merchandise (s) in problem through email immediately;
After received the required information, our company shall follow up the case based on the prescribed procedures.
If the merchandise (s) in problem is/are out of stock, we would refund to you or exchange for other product(s).
To exchange for another merchandise (s), the exchanged product merchandise (s) must be available to purchase on our website and its/their aggregate price must be higher or equal to the original order amount (Provided That you shall separately settle any deficiency).
If you have purchased any items with any discount offered promotional activities but the discount offer has expired at the time of the exchange, the discount shall not be taken into account. If the discount offer is offered a 3rd party, the exchange shall be subject to the relevant terms and conditions of that 3rd party.
Under any circumstances, delivery fee will not be refunded, if any.
Refund: Credited back the relevant and net purchase price to the same Paypal,, or VISA, Master Credit Card account within seven (7) working days after customers return the items to us via delivery through S.F. Stores at our own costs.
Delivery cartoon box is solely used for the purpose of delivery and does not form part of the ordered merchandise or its packaging. We will not provide any after sale service nor arrange for refund nor arrange for exchange in relation to the delivery label, damage or defect of the said delivery cartoon box.
